  • MS Office Suit, Adobe Dreamweaver & Firefox

Experience

Accenture Consulting Firm
August 2006 - Present Systems Analyst
  • Peer reviewed coworkers' data flow documents, code, and results.
  • Developed new SQL Server stored procedures to fit business rules saving the external client hundreds of thousands of dollars per month with a goal to save over one million dollars a month.
  • Modified MS Access front-end application to output reports into Excel; SQL Server stored procedures, MS Access VBA, and Excel were all modified to enhance the results.
  • Updated .Net pages and related stored procedures to fix incorrectly displayed information.
  • Developed new functionality in SQR/SQL run by PeopleSoft's Accounts Receivable module for a Government financial system responsible for tens of millions of dollars in transactions a month (Oracle backend).
  • Documented module design including code upgrades and configuration data.
  • Created test scripts and participated in system tests for entire project.
Malenke Barnhart Interactive Agency
February 2005 - June 2006 Web Development
  • Developed www.copansys.com with a CSS-based layout, made hosting and metric provider recommendations, and customized third-party software to implement an online search.
  • Developed www.iconvenue.com, a firm dedicated to venue development and operation services for sports and entertainment.
  • Supported Qwest Communications' consumer website, www.qwest.com, accessed by up to 25 million customers.
Qwest Communications Telecommunications
June 2001 - February 2005 Web Development Team Lead / Project Management
  • Assigned new page developments, page updates, and graphic design of online content to team members.
  • Led development of Vignette-based profiling for Federal Communications Commission long-distance approval. This profiling was critical for correctly displaying long distance products to customers based on their selected state or their phone number.
  • Automated the process of storing and displaying international calling rates. MS Excel held information and a VBA macro generated HTML and JS code for online viewing and a PDF for downloading. Benefits included simplified maintenance, near real-time updates, and 100% error free data. Similar tools were created for other needs which could not utilize a database backend.
  • Created a JavaScript function to randomly display different web pages for a single URL for "A-B Testing." The code, which displayed each design the desired percent of page hits, proved more accurate and cost effective than previous third-party code and became the company standard.
