  • Assigned new page developments, page updates, and graphic development to online design and development team members.
  • Led development of Vignette-based profiling for FCC 272 long distance approval. This profiling was critical for correctly displaying long distance products to customers based on their selected state or their phone number.
  • Automated the process of housing and displaying international calling rates. Utilizing MS Excel to house rates and VBA to generate HTML and JS code for viewing online and to produce a downloadable PDF. Benefits included simplified maintenance, near real-time updates, and 100% error free data. Similar tools were created for other various needs.
  • Created a JavaScript function to randomly display different presentation designs for a single URL for "A-B Testing." The code, which displayed each design the appropriate percent of time, proved more beneficial and cost effective than the previous third-party code and became the company standard for "A-B Testing."
